Happy Baby Organic Infant Formulas are backed by 50 years of breastmilk research. Our formulas include a patented blend of probiotic, B. breve M-16V, and prebiotics, short-chain GOS and long-chain FOS in a 9:1 ratio. Our 9:1 ratio of GOS:FOS is inspired by the ratio of short- and long-chain HMOs in breastmilk, which is approximately 9:1. Our biotics help support the immune system and help support stool consistency and frequency closer to that of breastfed infants.*

Lactose is the major carbohydrate constituent and the most abundant nutrient in breast milk.

Lactose is readily digested in most infants.

DHA

DHA is the primary omega-3 fatty acid in the human brain. Brain accumulation of DHA starts in utero, continues after birth, and plays a critical role in eye and brain development.

We provide DHA in our formula to help support brain and eye development.

Patented Prebiotic & Probiotic Blend

We are proudly the only USDA organic infant formula brand with prebiotics and probiotics.

Our formula provides a patented blend of probiotic B. breve M16-V and prebiotics, short-chain GOS and long-chain FOS provided in a 9:1 ratio. The 9:1 ratio of GOS:FOS was inspired by the ratio of short-chain to long-chain Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMOs) in breastmilk, which is approximately 9:1.

Protein

Protein is an important nutrient that helps support growth and development. A combination of nonfat milk and whey protein concentrate ingredients provide the contribution to the protein content of the Happy Baby Organic infant formula. Similar to the protein ratio found in breast milk, our whey:casein ratio is 60:40.
